REFUND POLICY-
FRANKENCON EVENT TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. UNUSED FRANKENCON
TICKETS MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE FRANKENCON EVENT FOR A TICKET OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. GUESTS WILL BE CONTRACTED AT THE TIME OF ANNOUNCEMENTS, BUT WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS ON EVENT TICKETS DUE TO GUEST APPEARANCE CANCELLATIONS. IF A GUEST IS CANCELED FOR ANY REASON AND YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PHOTO OP, THOSE PHOTO OPS WILL BE REFUNDED.
